This page is being provided to help you understand our shipping
methods and costs.
Delivery Locations
Delivery is available to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaill.
Depending on your location, we'll usually ship your order by
freight carrier. At times, we may delivery them on one of our fleet
of trucks.
Shipping Costs
Shipping things
like corral panels and gates are too heavy and bulky to ship by
standard UPS and FedEx services, so it costs a
good deal more than most people are used to when sending via a
freight carrier.
Also, freight carriers charge more to ship to
residences, farms, churches and schools.
You'll notice when you order, that there is an additional $45
charge to ship to these locations. You can save the additional
fee by choosing a shipping terminal as the location to ship or
to another
business that can accept
and unload the order when it arrives.
Other things that cause higher shipping costs are the size of
your order and the distance your order will travel to get to you.
If you're lucky enough to
live
in
surrounding
states of Kentucky, where we are,
you will
actually
not
be
charged
for delivery. The cost of shipping your order is built into the
price. We charge as fair a price we can depending on your state's
proximity - an additional $40 to $335 depending on
your state and the size of the order.
We'll
let you
know when
making your product selections exactly what your shipping
costs will be.
Delivery Times
From securing a freight carrier
to packing your order securely, most orders take a few days
to process. During that time, we'll keep in touch with you to let
you know the status of your order.
Once it is sent, it should arrive in 1-3 days. Once it is shipped,
we'll let you know of the expected arrival time and provide tracking
information, if available. Do note that once it is shipped,
there could be delays from the shipper
that
could be out of anyone's control. Regardless, consder receiving
your shipment within 3-4 business days of ordering for most states.
Unloading Your Order
Commercial freight companies are
only responsible for getting the product to you. So, please
be prepared to unload your order and move it to your desired location
when your order arrives.
For most smaller orders, a couple of people will do.
For larger orders or
heavy corral panels, you may need additional people
and/or a forklift.
Check for Damages
Our products are shipped from our factory new. Minor damages such
as scraped paint or small dents may occure while in route. Please
make sure to review your order once you receive it. You'll want
to to
count
the items
and
inspect for damage prior to the driver
leaving. It's important that any damage above minor damages
be noted on the bill of landing.
You'll want to make a claim with the shipping carrier (or us if
we deliver it) for any major damages you find. If you need help
filing the claim, we would be glad to assist you.
Warranty Information
For normal use and service for one year from the purchase date,
we warrant our products against workmanship and welds.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with our product for
any reason, you will have 15 days from the date you receive
the product to return it. Please contact us first before you
attempt your return.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. Sorry, but we will
not be
able
to
refund
any
shipping
charges including return shipping
